By connecting your wallet to Dubs or using any of our Services, you:- Confirm you have read and understood these Terms

2. Eligibility
To use Dubs, you must:- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Not be on any sanctions list or prohibited from using blockchain services
3. Account and Wallet
3.1 Wallet Connection
- You connect to Dubs using a Solana-compatible wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare)
- Your wallet address serves as your identity on the platform
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
3.2 Account Security
- Never share your wallet’s seed phrase or private keys
- Dubs will never ask for your private keys
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your wallet
3.3 Profile Information
- Usernames must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate others
- We may remove or modify usernames that violate this policy
4. Platform Services
4.1 Sports Betting
Dubs provides a peer-to-peer sports betting platform where:- Users create and join betting pools on sports events
- Outcomes are determined by real-world sports results
- Payouts are distributed automatically via smart contracts
4.2 No Guarantee of Payouts
Gambling involves risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you wager. Only bet what you can afford to lose. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
5. Fees
5.1 Platform Fees

You agree NOT to:- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to manipulate games or outcomes
- Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions
- Use bots, scripts, or automated systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise the platform
- Launder money or engage in fraudulent activity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Smart Contracts and Blockchain
7.1 Decentralized Nature
- Dubs operates using smart contracts on the Solana blockchain
- Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain
- We cannot reverse, modify, or cancel blockchain transactions

7.3 Oracle Services
- Game outcomes are determined by third-party data providers
- We use automated oracles to resolve bets based on official scores
- In rare cases, manual intervention may be required
8. Refunds and Disputes
8.1 Automatic Refunds
Refunds occur automatically when:- A game has no opposing bets (one-sided pool)
- A sports event ends in a tie
- A sports event is cancelled
- An emergency refund is triggered
8.2 Emergency Refunds
- If a game is not resolved within 24 hours of lock time, an emergency refund can be triggered
- Emergency refunds return funds without platform fees
- We may trigger emergency refunds in exceptional circumstances
8.3 Dispute Resolution
- Disputes are resolved based on official sports data
- Our oracle data sources are authoritative for game outcomes
- Decisions on game resolutions are final
9. Intellectual Property

- Reverse engineer our software

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:- Merchantability

- Accuracy or reliability of results
10.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:- Continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform
- That the platform will be error-free
- That your use will meet your expectations
- Specific financial outcomes
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in fees in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for losses due to wallet security breaches, network issues, or smart contract failures
